Most fights with MMA fighters start off with a measuring out period, where both opponents are trying to figure out the range, the type of pace, and the threats their opponent’s possess. Learning how to fight at multiple speeds is a hack that will allow you to keep them guessing, and I’ll share a video of me doing just that to win a quick match against a very tough opponent. I will also share how to quickly implement this into training and start seeing results.
