As the Cobra Kai motto goes, “Strike First, strike hard, no mercy.” It’s a good rule, but not just because you will get the first strike in the fight. I’ll talk about the difference in speed, reaction time, and recovery time. Especially if you find your reaction time is a bit slow, you definitely need to go first.
